- 12-13 dl Flour for Breadbaking
- 3/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1 ml Red Hot Chilipepper
- 2 tablespoons Oliveoil
- 6dl Water
- 50g Walnuts (coarse chopped)
- 6 g dry yeast
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Preparation:
- Warm up the water to 40-45 °C.
- Add the oil, salt, chillipepper and ½ tablespoon sesame seeds.
- Add yeast.
- Add flour and walnuts.
- Mix everything, the dough should be a little looser than normal plain bread dough.
- Let the doght rise in roomtemperature for 2 hours.
- Overturn the dough directly on the greased or on "bakingpaper" sealed baking tin. Have some flour on the dough before, so it keeps the shape.
- Cut the dough in two peices. Make two breadrolls of it. Important: don't work the dough, just shape it.
- Brush the bread rolls with water and oil.
- Sprinkle the rest of the sesame seeds over the bread rolls.
- Put the bread in the oven on 250°C for abot 10 minutes. After this put the temperature to 150°C and let the bread stay in the oven for about 20 more minutes.
- Let the bread cool down under a cloth.
